Good day 

Please assist I have a laptop HP 250 G8 Notebook PC (2V0W6ES, whose touchpad does not respond after reinstalling the operating system - windows 10, which drivers should I install?

1. Visit HP Customer Support

Go to the HP Customer Support – Software and Driver Downloads page.

 

2. Identify Your Device

Enter your model: HP 250 G8 Notebook PC, or

Use the automatic detection tool on the HP website.

 

3. Select Your Operating System

Choose Windows 10 (64-bit) from the list of supported operating systems.

 

4. Find the Touchpad Driver

Scroll to the section Driver – Keyboard, Mouse, and Input Devices.

Look for the Touchpad Driver specific to HP 250 G8.

Download the latest version available.

 

5. Install the Driver

Open the downloaded file.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation.

 

6. Restart the Laptop

Restart your system to make sure the new driver loads correctly.
