HP Recommended

I have bought a new screen HP 27f 27-inch 4K Display and connecting it to my laptop using HDMI does not work. It says there is no signal. I have tried both HDMI port and tried a couple of different cables, which I am sure all are working correctly since I can connect my laptop to the second display and it is working with no issue.

I tried two laptops to make sure a MacBook Pro2020 and a ThinkPad laptop with Windows 10, both of them can connect the other display with no issue.

I have also disconnected and connected cables a couple of times, restarted the laptops a couple of times, unplug and plugged again and it is still saying there is no signal?
