Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I was trying to contact HP Customer Service but that option was not available. We bought this monitor for a visually challenged family member 3 years ago . . . And it failed (and yes, it powers up and I have tested it on 3 computers, with three cables. It doesnt work on any of them - just a grey screen).

We have a small business. In the 25 years we have been purchasing equipment we have NEVER had a monitor fail. NEVER! We normally donate them after 10-20 years of use. So, now your monitor goes for basic recycle and then goes to yet another dump to sit forever. And we wonder why we have global warming. So disappointed in this product. I had come to expect more from HP products.
