Hi I have bought a new HP 32s Monitor

I have plugged in a few computers using different HDMI cables.

Says "Input signal not found" and goes to sleep

OR

flashes different colors (Blues, Purples, Reds etc) and says "Power Button Locked"

I can't access any menu system because the of  "Power Button Locked".

I have tried holding down all 5 buttons for 30 secs or more, no help.

Is there a way to factory reset without accessing menu.

@chrisOK,

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are not getting a display on the monitor and the monitor menu is locked.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you press and hold the menu button on the monitor for 10 seconds to unlock the OSD menu on the monitor.

If you have tried the monitor on multiple computers and still not getting any display, then I recommend you contact support to check the available service options for your monitor.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

P.S: Welcome to the HP Support Community 😊
