Hey all. Laptop has non functioning keys all on the left side - Q, A, Z, Fn, Cntl, Esc,1, F2 and F3. Also the squiggle one to the left of !. Thought it was a keyboard issue so bought a new one but that's the same so guessing it's something else. Had a look and checked all the ribbon cables and connectors are seated properly so I'm at a loss. Changed the battery recently but was careful not to break anything whist doing it. Saw a post where someone suggested disconnecting the ribbon cable from the wireless/mute keys but that hasn't worked. Also tried holding the power button for a minute but that trick hasn't worked either. Caps lock still works as does Tab and Shift. Any ideas?
