Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

I connected my HP 470 G10 via an HP G5 dock with 2 HP EliteDisplay E243i, but the connection does not work. I tried it with hdmi and with display port. USB and ethernet is working with the g5 dock. Any solution for this problem?

 

Which docks can I use with HP 470 G10 to use 2 displays?

From its manual, no true compatible dock listed

Therefore the USB-C G5 dock is NOT compatible with your machine.
