Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a problem with my HP 840 G10 laptop when I try to connect to a Dell P2422HE monitor via USB-C cable. The computer is charging, connected to the Internet, but there is no image. It shows that it does not detect a signal via USB-C. I tried installing and reinstalling all possible drivers I could think of (graphics, usb, bios, monitor drivers, docking station drivers), replaced cables, disconnected all other connected devices. And nothing. Best of all, everything was working fine until yesterday. Today i could not do anything with video signal.

On another computer, the signal was detected without any problems.

With an HDMI cable, the video works flawlessly.

 

Do you have any possible solutions to the problem?

HP Recommended

The same thing happened today with the HP E24uG5 monitor. Internet signal and charging are okay but there is no video signal via usb-c.
