Product: HP Active Pen G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Active Pen G3 is connected but no longer drawing on my "HP EliteBook x360 1040 G8 Notebook PC". From what I understand it is compatible and it was working previously but suddently stopped one day. The pen hasn't been damaged. I have replaced the stylus tip but that doesn't seem to help. The buttons still work, for example, double clicking the "eraser" button will take a screenshot. The latest drivers are installed. The battery seems healthy. Any troubleshooting tips or any idea what the issue is?
