HP Active Pen not working

Hi, I recently ordered the HP Active Pen and today the package arrived, I tried to get it to work but no help.  Any suggestions?

It is not the same and the pen you have bought is not indicates compatible with your PC. 

I think Amazon can refund you and I recommend to you buy this one:
