HP Active Pen

I recently purchased an HP Envy x360 on the HP Amazon store, however it came without the pen that indicated it came with, I reached out to the seller, and they told me to buy a HP Active Pen G3, which I did, however now that doesn't work. Please tell me what pen works with this laptop before I ask for a refund on the laptop.
