Example: Envy x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I just brought the HP Active Stylus from HP. I have the HP Envy 360 (2 in 1) and the pen I just bought is not working on it. I have checked compatability lists and they all say that this stylus should work on my computer so I went online to try and download a driver and it requires a product or serial number. I have had no problem finding these numbers and imputing them, but when I do the screen says the number is invalid or does not exist. I would really rather not send the pen back. Any help at all would be wonderful! Thank you!

Are you putting in the Product number of your Envy? That is where the driver/software will be-HP Pen Control. Actually it should be installed already if your machine is compatible with the stylus. Not all Envy x360's work with stylus.

Is this the list you checked for compatability?

Thank you so much for your help! It turns out my computer is not even on the list for active pens at all! Silly me. Next time I know to read more closely to the names of the products!! Thank you!

You're very welcome. Sorry you purchased the pen and your model is not stylus compatible.
