Product: HP 17 Laptop PC 17-cp1000 (4V7P0AV)

Even after a session with HP Tech Support, I still get the flash below when I try to use the facial recognition feature.

The technician threw up his hands and said no one else had reported this problem and the camera must not be compatible,  

 

I could try dumping everything on my computer and reloading the factory setting with a provided thumb drive.  

 

Any suggestions?
