Operating System: Chrome OS

I've came home from work work and the screen of my HP All in One Chromebase won't switch on.

 

The power light is on. I've tried holding the power button down and have unplugged from the wall and starter again.

 

Nothing. Just a black screen. Any advice?

Have you sorted this out? I've got the same issue. Seems that everyone on here who's had the same issue either gets no reply, or they get private messaged a solution, which makes no sense considering this is a community support space.

I too would love an update. We are experiencing the same issue with our Chromebase suddenly. Unfortunately our 3-year warranty just expired in January.
