Product: HP Chromebook x360 - 14-da0012dx
Operating System: Chrome OS

I have the HP Chromebook x360 14-da0012dx. Warranty is over now. The touchscreen was working fine. After one night it just stopped. I can now only use my Bluetooth mouse. I've tried to Powerwash(Hard Reset) on it numerous times, but that doesn't work. I've tried folding the screen back and changing orientations with the screen, nothing. I've changed from Chrome OS Stable to Beta Channel and back, nothing. I have no clue what else to do, I've searched online for videos, tutorials or anyone with a similar issue. 

 

I was really hoping someone on here can give me some sort of fix that maybe I'm missing. My son also uses the Touchscreen for his school work so it's very much needed. Thank you.
