Product: HP Chromebook x360 - 14c-ca0004nd
Operating System: Chrome OS
Hey there,
Was using my chromebook and it was in good shape. Closed it, put it away and left it for a bit. When I wanted to use it and did open the chromebook, suddenly I heard and saw the display on one side coming of the body. One of the holders came out from under the screen. I used the product always with care, and it seems to be a defect. I bought the device in 2020. Sadly enough I saw it has only one year of garanty, even though EU law require 2 year.
Is this something I can let HP fix easily? What about the costs?
