Product: HP Pavilion x360 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-ek0000 (54B25AV)

HP Chromebook x360 - 14c-ca0053dx

Chrome OS Version 117.0.5938.157 touch screen fails intermittently. Until today a restart or power off solved the problem. Now none of the following procedures have fixed the touch screen failure.

  1. Restart
  2. Power Off
  3. clean the screen
  4. Check for updates in About ChromeOS. There are none.
  5. Hard reset
  6. Powerwash
