Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

old 4.5 was ok. I can set different profile

 

after 4.6 all the settings are dead. Nothing is working on my 2020 specter x360 13.

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Display Manager dead after 4.6 update. HP Display Manager is a Web based application used by IT Admins and Asset Management to remotely track, configure, and control display settings and features of supported monitors.

 

I have a few recommendations 

  • Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date. 
  • Try doing System Restore on the PC if it had worked few days ago before the update.
