HP Pavilion - 15-cs0025cl

I have updated the bios in the dock to the latest version, I used HP assistant to update bios and drivers in my PC, and am running Windows 10. The keyboard and mouse work find, but I receive the error “Display connection might be limited | monitors via G5 dock”, and no monitor will work. The dock works perfectly find on my work computer, just not on my personal Pavilion. The HP Assistant offers no assistance with drivers or other mechanism to trouble-shoot.

I have seen responses that state it will not work because the speed of the USB-C port is to slow. If that’s true, it’s interesting, because a Dell D6000 docking station works just fine on my personal HP Pavilion. It supports 2 monitors connected to the doc (one is a 32" 4K monitor and that resolution is even supported), and it supports the laptop screen as the 3rd monitor.  If an old D6000 can work, why can't this new G5?  Do I need a special driver or something?

Does anyone have tips as to how to make the G5 work?

Thanks

The specs of your computer is

It won't compatible with your HP USB-C G5 docks.

I don't know the Dell D6000 and I don't believe it worked fully on your machine. If you believed it, you should keep the Dell.
