HP Thunderbolt Dock 120W G4
Microsoft Windows 11

Dear Community ,
I ask for your help and apologize if I do not formulate my request well.

My infrastructure is as follows:

- HP EliteBook 860 16 inch G10 ( win 11 pro - updated bios, software and drivers)
- HP Dock Thunderbolt 120W G4 ( updated firmaware)
- nr. 3 monitors HP 24f

Since I bought this dock I have several problems and I don't know if it is me not understanding and using it wrong. I will try to list them briefly.

1 - Randomly it happens that one of the 3 monitors turns off and on again after a few seconds

2 - When I reboot the notebook from windows it shuts down but does not restart. I have to press the docking power button 2 times ( turn off and on).

3- If I turn off the PC from OS and turn it back on from the docking it seems to start but actually does nothing.

4- If I turn off the notebook screen and use the 3 monitors connected to the docking when the problems in step 3 and 4 occur I don't get out of it. I have to reopen the notebook to restart.

Thanks for your possible help and/or suggestions.

Luigi
