HP E14 G4 use on a PC without USB C

Hello,

how can I use the portable monitor HP E14 G4 on a device without USB C? Run the adapter HP USB-C-zu-HDMI 2.0 - HP Store Deutschland so I insert the usb c port into to monitor and use the HDMI Port on the PC?

Its specs

It does have  2 DisplayPort™ 1.2 ports. You can use direct DP (from computer) to DP (on monitor). You can also use HDMI to DP bidirectional to connect from your computer (HDMI) to monitor (DP).

Note: the HDMI to DP  unidirectional cable won't work  - the HDMI to USB-C cable won't work.

thanks, but I think this is not right: The Monitor have only two USB C Ports, nothing Display Ports.
