Product: HP Engage Go Mobile System IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

Is there a known reason for the HP ENGAGE GO touch screens failing, model 3JB79AV.
We are talking about the failure of 25% of the tablets, at a quantity of 100 pieces.
All have the same error, the touch screen is unresponsive.
