HP ENVY - 13-aq1002nt

Hello,

I have HP ENVY Laptop 13-aq1xxx (Product number: 8KJ01EA#AB8)

I have 2 Samsung Viewfinity 6 27” QHD 75Hz IPS Display "LS27B610EQUXUF",

and I ordered Baseus USB C HUB Çift Ekran, 9'u 1 arada USB C Yerleştirme istasyonu 2 4K HDMI, Gigabit Ethernet, 10...

I want to use two monitor in extend mode

my issue is first monitor's maximum resolution is 2560*1440 and in SYSTEM>DISPLAY-ADVANCED DISPLAY i see active signal mode is also 2560 * 1440, 59.95 Hz but i can other option 60.01 HZ second monitor's maximum resolution is 1280 * 800 and in SYSTEM>DISPLAY-ADVANCED DISPLAY

I see active signal mode is 1280 * 800 59.95 Hz no option to change I used to not use my laptop screen but if I use it maximum resolution is 1920 * 1080 and refresh rate of laptop internal monitor is 120.02Hz no option to change it to 60hz or something else (as i said i disconnect it and i do not use it, i just tell the information)

3- I test a couple of high quality hdmi cable and it's not the case in my issue

Please help me to findout the issue

@kamurank

Manual says "USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C port (supports data transfer, power delivery 3.0, DisplayPort 1.2 [4096 × 2160 at 60 Hz] through Type-C adapter, HDMI 2.0 through adapter, HDCP 2.2 through adapter). That means you can get ONE monitor with  4096 × 2160 at 60 Hz.

The rule of thumb (ROT) is refresh rate goes up resolution will go down and vice versa. Now you have 2 monitors, the first one uses 2560*1440 75Hz therefore the second one  won't be able to get same as the first one.

Regards.

so you say I can only have 1 monitor and having second monitor with 1280 * 800 resolution is normal on this laptop?

according to my research by having  DisplayPort 1.2 I should be able to  have 2 monitors @1080p

to be 60 Hz or 30Hz is not the issue

I want to at least have 1080P
