I have an HP ENVY 15 - 15-as120nr (Intel Graphics 620).
I would like to connect to 2 external displays at my workstation.
Obviously I'm able to connect to the first monitor via the HDMI port.
For the second monitor, can I use a USB-C to HDMI adapter? If not, would the HP USB-C docking station work, as that has an HDMI + a Display Port connector?
Thank you!

The following shows its specs
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05784278
The USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 (Data up to 5 Gb/s) does not support video out therefore you can't use it for a monitor and a normal/general USB-C dock won't work.
