HP ENVY Touchsmart 15 Notebook PC broken screen model number

Hi

I have an HP Touchsmart 15 Notebook PC, I accidentally broke the screen of it and I wanted to find exact screen model number so I can order it.

I tried finding my notebook in http://pro-psurf-web-glb.austin.hp.com  but no luck of finding my exact notebook model number.

Can some one please help me to find my screen type and its model so I can order a new screen? 

My notebook details are as follows:

HP ENVY Touchsmart 15 Notebook PC

Model:15-j113ea

Product Number

F9T64EA

Display

39.6 cm (15.6") diagonal HD BrightView LED-backlit touch screen (1366 x 768)

Where can I find the product or the model number of its screen?

Have you checked the service guide of your computer on HP Website?

Request you click here for the service guide of your computer.

Refer to page number 55 for the compatible part numbers for the display of your notebook along with the procedure to replace the screen. 

Personally, I would recommend you take the computer to any authorized service center or contact our phone support for any service options available for your computer.
