my hp laptop cooling fan is not working. Hp service center at RMZ galleria mall yelahanka banglore people telling me no stoke of the fan at any laptop centers and he is telling me to buy another laptop instead of replaying one fan. that means insted of paying some 2500rs to fan i will have to pay another 85000rs and buy new laptop, what is happening with HP. You dont have a stop of one cooling fan? how is it possible for you to tell us that we dont have cooling fan so buy another laptop. what nonsence is this. this is really bad from your side. i will file a complaint in consumer court abt HP.

This is just a self-help support Community staffed by part-time volunteers not associated with HP.

 

We have no interface with HP to address the issues you are having with the Service Center.

 

We also have no information on the stocking or availability of any HP parts.

 

As to the court complaint, that is entirely up to you and we are not permitted to comment on that.
