HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13-ay0043au

Subject: HP Evny x 360 Laptop Hinge and Screen Damage (HP Malaysia)

 

 I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the recent issue I encountered with my HP laptop, which was purchased two years ago. Unfortunately, I missed the opportunity to claim repairs as my warranty has expired on April 2023 , but I believe the circumstances surrounding the damage warrant further consideration.

Approximately a week ago (2nd week of june) when I attempted to open my laptop, I heard a cracking sound and immediately noticed that the hinge had become loose. Despite exercising caution, the screen also sustained a crack as I managed to open it.  The hinge malfunctioned unexpectedly, resulting in an unfortunate outcome.

 

 However, given that the fault lies with the HP Product specifically the hinge ( based on product research and customer reviews) for the product that I have purchased, I kindly request that HP Malaysia considers my case for full repair service coverage since my warranty has just expired two months ago.

 

In relation to the above,  I have been contacting the customer support of HP Malaysia but I was faced with disappointments as my calls were constantly transferred to other departments until the line was cut off. I hope anyone here can help me out to provide some details on how can I contact HP Malaysia to solve my issue either through phone call or email.
