Hello there Hasansami75,
First, I am not a worker of HP and All I state is from experience only.
The issue from what you are showing has a few possibilities,
1. the video flex cable that connects you LCD display to the mother board has a issue ( replace video the flex cable with the exact model )
2. if you by chance dropped your laptop you may have dislodged the video flex cable connector from either the LCD or the motherboard ( resetting the connector by pushing it in at both ends could solve this)
3. Again if a drop you may have damaged the actual LCD display (this will require a new or used LCD display)
These are strictly possibilities from the symptoms seen in your photo. Unfortunately all require you to dissemble your laptop to first discover this is the issue and second to remedy the problem. just so you have an idea here are some photos for understanding. This is a HP 15 r230, the problem was a drop which dislodged the video flex and caused a short in the, I replaced it and it works perfect.HP15 r230 Screws removed only for keyboard
LCD most likely glued at bottom, delicate when working on
Video Flex Cable

Short from misalignedment
LCD does not function Bad Video Flex Cable
Short Motherboard side Video Flex Cable
* Very important to always to unplug and remove battery from your laptop always before you attempt to open. This is not a procedure for most people, please continue at your own risk.
