HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13m-bd1000 (460Q3AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I purchased this laptop 3 years ago due to its design, compactness and durability as I previously owned HP laptops for years and just wanted an upgrade. Unfortunately today the left hinge broke despite barely using the laptop and when I contacted HP support they refused to take accountability for their design flaw and quoted me $400 plus to get this fixed since the laptop was out of warranty. If I barely used this laptop other than possibly 4-5 times in the last 3 years that I have owned this product then why would the hinge suddenly break? I am very punctual and cautious when it comes to taking care of my tech products. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with HP and I would not recommend purchasing from them. They do not take accountability for their manufacturing default and require the consumer to pay a hefty price for repair. This is unacceptable.
