HP ENVY x360 hinge broken

screen hinge is broken from normal use, is out of warranty. Will hp repair defective products like this, as it should not have broken, is cheaply made.

I understand that this is Hardware issue. But the support here is limited to software troubleshooting. However, since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who would have an option to schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.
