Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13m-bd0000 (172M9AV)
Hello,
Whenever I use my laptop in convertible mode and try to use the touch screen, once I return to try to use the laptop as normal, the keyboard a touch pad do not work, including the power button. I am then forced to restart my computer which disrupts my work. The touch screen always works, but the keyboard only works until I use laptop in tablet mode and then requires a restart. How do I fix this?
Note: I have seen other posts referencing tablet mode in the windows settings, I have no such area in my settings.
