HP ENVY x360 stopped detecting external monitor

Hello: I have an HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15m-dr1xxx and an HP 27f external monitor. I am running Windows 11. The PC has stopped detecting the external monitor and I don't know how to tix it. Called Microsoft support several without success. Any advice of how to solve? Thank you.

- Error messages (if any) on the unit when you connect the external monitor.

- May i know which port are you using on your laptop to connect the monitor?

- When was the last time the same monitor worked on your laptop?

- Were there any changes made to your laptop recently?
