Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

I have HP envy 13 and it's window 10.  After window updates, I notice my touchpad isn't working. I don't see the cursor on my screen unless I plug in external mouse. I also cannot find touchpad option under my mouse option to turn on or off. I also tried downloading synaptic touchpad drivers from HP and after I downloaded and ran  it it said this driver doesn't support my computer. So I am currently out of luck. Please advise what could I do.
