Product: HP Elite Dragonfly 13.5 inch Chromebook Enterprise (5B962AV)

When In Tent (Tablet) Mode, the chromebook will stream audio, but not stream video from the Hulu or YouTube TV Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).  It will work correctly when using the Hulu android app from the playstore.  There is no YouTube TV Android App for Chromebooks.  The Youtube TV PWA is the only option.  Interestingly.  This same issue also exists when trying to view Netflix content via the webpage.  The Netflix android app works correctly, unfortunately the app only displays in SD, not HD.  I tried all of this on a clean install of the current version of Chrome os (v 110)  Interestingly, this problem doesn't happen on the Asus Flip C436 chromebook in tent mode on a clean install of Chrome os v110.
