Hello,

I have an HP EliteBook 830 G7 Notebook PC running Windows 11 Pro (Build 26200). My brightness control is not functioning and the screen stays at 100% brightness all the time.

I already tried:

  • Restarting the laptop

  • Updating Windows

  • Reinstalling Intel graphics drivers

  • Checking Device Manager

  • Trying brightness keys

The brightness slider/key changes do not affect the actual screen brightness.

Processor:
Intel Core i7-10610U

Has anyone experienced this issue or found a working fix for this model?

Thank you.

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the latest W11 Hotkey support software from your notebook's support page:
