I'm currently using Windows 10 20H2 [Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19042.985]]
HP EliteBook 840 G5 Laptop connected to the HP 2013 Ultra Slim docking station:
3x monitors:
HP EliteDisplay E241i LED Backlit Monitor - VGA Cable, Resolution is 1920x1200 [Expected]
HP EliteDisplay E241i LED Backlit Monitor - DisplayPort Cable, Resolution is 1280x720 [Stuck in Low Res]
HP EliteDisplay E241i LED Backlit Monitor - DisplayPort Cable, Resolution is 1280x720 [Stuck in Low Res]
I've downloaded the Driver from HP EliteBook 840 G5 Notebook PC Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support for Intel HD 620.
The issue is the other two monitors is still on low resolution, but just one on VGA is on High Resolution?
The VGA connected monitor is capable of displaying the true native resolution:
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you use TWO monitors FHD ? It is an old dock you know. I can confirm the USB-C Gen 5 dock is fully compatible with SINGLE cable.
