Product: HP EliteDisplay E223 21.5-inch Monitor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi there,

 

I have a HP EliteDisplay E223 21.5-inch Monitor that is facing some issues with Intermittent Flickering on Windows 11 Pro.

I found this article on the knowledge base reporting same problem. But it does not reference Windows 11 as the operating system.

 

So I wonder if I should install the HP Display Center as recommended on the resolution?
