Hi. I received my HP EliteBook 655 G10 today (Product code - 75G79AV).
And I feel like the display image quality is VERY poor.
1. I compared it to my PC's display with color calibration, LG 27gp850-b, and Elitebook loses a lot. Overly saturated, with a distinct yellow tint and an awful pixel ghosting when moving an image through the screen.
2. I then compared it to my girlfriend's 3x times cheaper HP laptop - HP 15S-EQ2029NQ SILVER (3B0P4EA). And the cheaper HP has a very close display picture to my calibrated LG display. Means, 3x cheaper HP laptop is better screen-wise than the "Elite" one somehow...
I tried to find the screen calibration profiles online, but there are none. I hoped HP would provide them on the official product page, but no.
What do I do now?
The laptop is definitely not a budget one. But the screen is worse than in the budget HP products somehow. I feel bad about this purchase... 😭
