Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP elitebook 840 g5 with W11 Pro connects to Dell monitor U2723qe (hub monitor) via usb-c, from there it connects u2719d monitor via DP cable. Problem is that I am unable to get full 2K resolution on u2719d monitor, only being able to reach 2048x1080 while U2723qe reaches full 4K resolution.

I am using the same monitor setup with HP elitebook 1040 G10 with W10, (usb-c to U2723qe) both monitors are showing their full resolution U2723qe -> 4K and U2719d -> full 2K resolution.
