Hi! My HP Elitebook 8440p shows no display on startup. I tried to look up for the latest BIOS version from the HP support website and I could not find any drivers compatible with my OS to download. My PC runs on windows 10 64 bit. Could anybody help me find the right BIOS version to install without damaging the motherboard. I would really appreciate your help. Thanks a lot in advance.

Does the machine still boot into windows?
Here is the latest BIOS for your machine.
It may say Windows 7 but it will run on Windows 10 just fine.

Dudefoxlive is right. Windows 10 is compatible with previous Windows OS software and features. So those driver and BIOS updates are current. I personally would love more features and have them unlocked a few things, but they're not like the other company and they aren't planning to do so any time soon. Even other companies aren't doing it to their old motherboards. But I have rambled too long about things that I can't change. So you are better off giving that other person the solution .
