Product: HP Elitebook 850 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello,
I use a HP Elitebook 850 G5 (Windows 10) together with a HP G5 Dock (Firmware 1.0.13.0). The Dock is connected via HDMI (or DP - both with the same problem) to a Philips 499P9H Ultra Wide Monitor. The supported resolution is 5120*1440. For some reason the refresh rate is only 29/30hz via DP/HDMI while I get 70hz via USBC with an also connected MacMini 2018.
Is this a limitation of the Dock or DP/HDMI?
Bye.
