That means your machine does NOT support a pen then.
Regards.

Ok, that means it support a pen but which one ? HP may NOT test all of them and we have to find out ourselves. I've got few of them from Microsoft, Dell, HP, Samsung, Apple (all brand new because I do not use pens) but I do not have your machine to test.
Sounds like no one could find it
Sorry
Regards.

Hey @storm16. I have the same doubt as you. I can confirm neither Lenovo, Microsoft Surface, or Galaxy Ultra active pens seem to work with this screen. And I find it very confusing from HP to not be clear about this. I'll let you know if I find anything, please do the same. I already ordered a cheap passive pen, let's see how it goes. (I am not willing to spend on a expensive HP active pen that won't work with this laptop).
