Product: HP ENVY 16 inch Laptop PC 16-h1000 (754F7AV)

Hi, I have a question. My brand new HP Envy 16-h1023dx has black screen when booting up connected to external monitor. I have a few other computers, including similar Lenovo - all work and show boot screen etc. This one shows the image only when boot up finishes, and computer is in Windows. Monitor - Dell U3818DW. I tried Multiple Displays etc, but this is Windows setting. Nothing shows up when computer is powering up. Tried both Thunderbolt and HDMI outputs. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
