Microsoft Windows 11

I have just purchased a HP Envy 17-cr0001na & I can't get the Touchpad to work. On investigation it appears I dont have a Touchpad Driver? What do I do?

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the W11 touchpad driver for your notebook's model series from the link below:

You're very welcome.

I just tried the file download, and it worked fine for me.

Downloaded in less than 3 seconds.

The file is too large for me to attach below since it exceeds the 5 MB limit allowed by this forum, so I have zipped the file, uploaded it to my Skydrive folder and shared the link to that folder below.

Download, unzip and run the file labeled sp141864.zip

Hi

Thanks again. It turned out it has a Hardware issue. Its being collected for repair.

I contacted the Technical Support Team & went through lots of things to fix it, but to no avail.

A brand new PC & it has a Hardware Issue!

Thanks anyway
