Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How do I type ANY of the blue symbols on my keyboard?  My Fn function key is NOT blue.  I have tried holding down the Fn key and clicking on the blue symbol that I need (the fancy left parenthesis) found on the quotation key to the left of the drop down shift key.
