Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13-ay0045au
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I purchased HP Envy 360 laptop in Dec 2020, within 1 year I observed that hinge were misaligned a bit but lip was functioning fine so I ignored it that time, but now the hinge were bit broken due to misalignment and due to which while opening the lid the display got damaged.

I have checked many articles on HP support community and identified that this is a known issue with HP Envy 360, My laptop is under extended warranty and I want this to be fixed by HP free of cost as this seems to a known issue and manufacturing/design issue.

 

I am also attaching few images of the damaged happened to my Envy 360.

I use this laptop for my office work, so request you to get this fixed ASAP as my official work is impacted.
