Product: HP ENVY x360 13.3 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 13-bf0000 (552D4AV)

My laptop is new but my camera shutter key suddenly does not work. It's the only key that does not work, and I don't know what happened. 

 

This means that my camera does not work and it appears that the camera is blocked. I can see a white square where the camera is.

 

It is stuck in the disabled/off setting, but the indicator light is on and will not turn off. I have already updated to the latest upgrade and cannot enable my camera from settings either. For some reason the key is completely nonfunctional aside from the indicator light. I am at a complete loss. 

 

Any help is appreciated, thank you!
