Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-bd0000 (172M7AV)

Hi,

 

My HP ENVY x360 Hinge is broken. I've had the laptop for 6 months and it's still under warranty, but I've moved from the USA to Vietnam for work. I went to an authorized HP service center. They said that they couldn't fix it because it's an American product and they couldn't get the replacement parts. 

 

They also said that it's not under warranty because it was purchased in America as well. My only solution I can think of is that I send my laptop back home (to the US) and get it fixed there. 

 

I'm quite shocked with the poor durability of HP's laptop. Also, where can I find an email address for United States HP support? I'm only posting in the forums because I couldn't find the support e-mail. I can't call because it will cost a fortune to call from Vietnam to the US.
