HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-bd0000 (172M8AV)

Hello, I also have a HP Envy 360 laptop that I just bought 5 months ago. I have done no damage or harm to my laptop and have used it very carefully. However, I realized that in the bottom left corner, my screen just popped out. Please can someone help me with what to do, I really need to take and use my laptop elsewhere, but I am worried to close it just in case it does further damage. I also realized that this is happening to many people, including my sister. Please raise awareness on this issue as it doesn't seem like anyone's fault but HP's and we end up paying huge repair fees for something that's not our fault.
