I got this computer from my friend, who says the touchscreen doesn’t work. I’m device manager, there is no driver/touch device listed at all. In the properties, it says “No pen or touch input is available for this display”. In the BIOS, the touch doesn’t work either. Is there a BIOS update I should know about? Is there an update that could have been installed that broke the touch? Please help me. A TouchSmart is no fun without the Touch Screen.

Yes, I have tried doing the steps on that document, but it still doesn’t work. In the bios diagnostics I don’t even see a touchscreen test which is really weird. If you need I can send a picture/video of what it shows.
