Hello,
I dropped today my HP Envy X360 15-AQ273CL, it has a dent externally on the top left corner of the screen and bottom left corner of the main body which is not a problem but the screen is now blinking/flickering, less or more frequently but I presume it will get worse soon. Is this the backlight lamp issue in your opinion? Is it possible to look for this part only (I do not think I can just replace this)? Should I look for the whole new screen to be replaced? I read someone saying to check for internal connections/wires to see if any is loose and try this way. I can also see that on the top left corner pixels are a bit yellow/orange too.
Any advice or part number much appreciated, thank you
I run the HP diagnostic app too, no problem detected.
